Progress Update

So even though I haven't been able to get over to the house more than a couple times these last few weeks my father has been on vacation and he has been going nuts on my house. In the last two weeks my father has demoed 70% of the upstairs and has demoed the entire downstairs bathroom. We have set the lofty goal to have the entire house demoed by the end of January but we just filled up our second dumpster and it looks like we will need at least two more before the destruction is done. In other house related news I just received the bill for the first year of county taxes, The property was assessed at about $30,000 and while the overall bill isn't that terrible I know my house is not worth half that amount so on my next day off I am going to go on an adventure to challenge my assessment. I am sure that if the myriad of feces pictures doesn't convince them to lower my assessment the fact that I have to pee in a shack will do the trick.
