So if your reading this at home and wondering why it is taking me so damn long to get work done at this house it is 50% incompetence and 50% laziness on the previous homeowners part. It looks like every time someone else moved into the house they just put more and more crap on the walls. What you are looking at is paneling on top of sheetrock on top of paneling on top of inch thick tongue and groove paneling. All said and done it is about 2 inches of crap that needs to be ripped off before I can get to the studs.
